@Stephen Torti you’re probably looking for a “list broker”, which will cost a little money but be able to provide exactly what you’re looking for.There are a lot of them, and it’s a frequent topic here on BP since it’s very common for investors to buy their mailing lists from a list broker.

I visit Charleston frequently and as long as the numbers make sense I would say its a good buy.  

While not as effective as a face to face I've gotten go leads doing this when I'm in areas where they don't meet frequently or I'm there between meetings.

In the eighties and nineties, the late night television audience were inundated with commercials about buying houses with No Money Down.
