Image quality isn't top notch, but gets the job done for $300.  

Italy has a sub par health care system which could barely provide quality care before the covid-19.

In conclusion, plenty of interest but not a quality pool of applicants.

The more aggressive note buyers are getting really good deals or better quality loans from motivated sellers.It's logical to assume that those that need to sell are ones that have liquidity issues or want to go to cash for safety.Our other main trading partner is buying aggressively right now.

Ive had issues with poor quality windows within 2yrs where it leaked because of poorly sealed glass.... or gas between glass caused hazing, etc.  

They always have quality education and it's a really fun group.  

Even when you hone in on the property you want, make sure you spend money on . a quality inspection and know the place inside and out for future issues that may arise.

Unless you're looking in a more recently developed subdivision, the homes in a given area will differ slightly or greatly.When doing comps, you'll need to take into account major factors such as location, bedroom/bathroom count, square footage, lot size, and interior finishes to name a few.If a 4/2 is going for 170k, odds are the 3/1 at 180k is overpriced unless it is vastly superior from an aesthetic or acreage standpoint.
