I'm not necessarily attempting to "thread jack" here,interesting how this employee vs independent contractor issue really does tie into this and mark my words, this is something we're going to hear more and more about because as I mentioned earlier, once the IRS and/or the states find ANY field or area of business where there's a good amount of tax cheating going on, they start to whack it hard because it is easy money for them.

In this session, I let would be short sale wholesalers know I, or any other awake agent, wouldn't let them tie up a short sale in order to try and flip it--as it'd be off the market for 90-120 days trying to get approval, then likely not to close because they couldn't flip it.

Below is my experience, and I know it all depends on the movers, not necessarily the companies, but anyhow...First time was with Black Tie Moving due to their great ratings on Yelp. 3 guys with all supplies/equipment at $169/hour.

Lee,I agree with you that a new niche financing is required for REIs to be an alternative to conventional lending, but beyond the banks attitude there are governing laws that tie their hands.

Specify in your contract that you will give the earnest money 3 days after your offer is accepted and contract is executed (which will give you time to find a buyer) and you won't feel like your money is tied up for no reason....2.
