There's enough economic diversity here that I hope the population stays steady with jobs available.

I had a family in their 32 days after I listed it on the sight (who ended up staying for 6 months)....CHBO also will give you a 30 day guarantee...so if no one books your rental within 30 days of listing it, they will extend your membership for an additional 6 months for free...yeah I got that deal too. 

However, I have stayed persistent and some non traditional financing options have gradually presented themselves.Recently, I came across a deal that I thought had some potential.

If you do not do it this way then you risk running your unit vacant because college students tend to start looking for a place to stay around Feb-May for the following year, actually more like Mar-May, but you want the Ad up in Feb.

It would be a great place fro someone staying in SoCal or if someone wants to rent it out.
