Wow, what an amazing reply.Thank you for that info.I just wanted to say something that really is irrelevant here, but just an FYI.The people that have seen my posts around know I am a HUGE critic when it comes to DMM...What I disagree with is the underlying social agreement that says 1% is standard.If you take that as your norm, then how will DMM EVER get better.If you think about it, there is not a system (that I know of) with a 1% efficiency that is labeled  "OK".No ROI of 1% is good.

This poor guy got a fairly savvy real estate investor who is fully educated on the slimy tactics of wholesalers, so he gets ripped apart and put on blast on social media instead of stealing a property out from under me.

I’ve learned to not “force the information” into their head, take a different approach and make your significant other interested by showing realistic examples NOT social media too good to be true trends.

Also look into social media, most people use FB these days and you can message them.

For example, If someone hates socialism, they can point to Cuba and Venezuela as examples of its failures.
