Hey Ryan, I know there are some folks that provide this service but I'm not sure exactly how it works and how much trust is involved.If it's any consolation, I wouldn't sweat it too much.

I would suggest looking to bring in a partner and give them a percentage of equity for the $.Another option is to take profits from flips to grow or look to sell some of your rentals to grow as well.

Subtract income tax and tax prep from your cash flow. :-)) Run 2025 through quicken and at the end of the year you’ll have real numbers and you can come back to this post and see how close you were.
