It may sound nice to pay a 6% management fee but the extra fees can add up to be more than the other company that charges 10% with no additional fees.

Condo fees are unpredictable, condo boards are unreliable and sometimes unreasonable.

At the end of the day, this is one of those things where it's probably as simple as filling out the form and mailing it in with the fee, and that's all a lawyer will do for you as well, other than send a bill.

Alternatively, you could do a flat fee for one or both units.

I originally got his number through a friend who referred him to me.

I'm literally involved in pricing 3 of those items and we are already discussing how much we are raising fees on them.

So this was not an asset by asset performance but a fund performance and what was the net return to the investors after all fees.
