There was a BP podcast with a lady (can't remember her name) that I believe was a wholesaling expert, and she mentioned that there were SIGNIFICANTLY increasing returns as she sent more rounds of letters.

First, as always, consult you're own local tax experts but here is what I understand.

I'm not an expert at all in this area, so I'm hoping somebody from the community knows a great way to deal with this that won't cost thousands of dollars??

Additionally, the links they have listed to local landlord communities all come back to the same page prompting a registration. http://servicesforlandlords.com/ontario/As for the registration, there is a big gap between the Beginner service at a one time fee of $99 and the Expert registration at $500 annually.  

I'm able to qualify for $400k-$500K for a residential loan so I'm assuming I can swing it for construction.Few questions for the experts:1) What are typical terms for construction loans?
