Please does anyone have recent experience with this company?

Does anyone own or have specific experience in this market? 

I am happy to share some experiences and perspectives with you.The biggest thing I could suggest is to network.

The issues I have run into are lenders not wanting to take a chance on my experience level and also the down payments being out of reach. 

It is mostly used in the highest priced large city markets.If doing this as a TIC, this is very much a specialty that few lawyers have experience.  

Most homes for sale on the MLS are not looking to go with seller financing, in my experience usually you get those types of offers from the seller looking for buyers that want seller financing which is few and far between.I think your best bet here could be to offer sub2 but even that is a far stretch.

Does anyone have experience with submetering a property or any recommendations?

I try to provide the same experience I’d expect. 

I'm new to the game and looking to meet folks of all experience levels and soak in all this info in like a sponge. 

I’ve had a couple of not so positive experiences with property managers in the past, here in Texas.
