Does it get worse when you use certain plumbing fixtures?

Is it included as a fixture?

Mastering little crap like hanging blinds, ceiling /exhaust fans, light fixtures, switches and receptacles, closet doors, doors, screens, screen doors, patio doors, lockset changing and unsticking, smoke alarms, appliances, paint, trim, wall repair, cleaning, etc are the most common needs. 

I find people on here and on LinkedIn, and then invite them to a brief phone call or to grab a cup of coffee if they're local.

I bought sight unseen, which I know is definitely not everyone's cup of tea, but that's why I decided it was worth it to pay a little more for a little extra insurance. 

Fixtures are 5 year property.

By all means set up your own meetings even if its just over a cup of coffee.
