I'm looking for a CPA in CA to do my taxes now that I own a rental property.

Recently moved back down to Long Beach, CA and am looking for a new CPA to help with filing for 2018 personal tax returns that include W-2 from full-time job and also Schedule E for rental income that include out-of-state properties. 

Here in California, there are potential statewide mandates that would Upzone properties for bigger and denser developments if they are located in and around major public transportation hubs, ie- metro systems.

I did not know, living in Florida, about the  California Foreclosure Prevention Laws which have increased the time and the monetary cost of foreclosing on property in California.

I am currently living in California, so I don't know much about the Houston market.

I live in the California Bay Area where home prices are exorbitantly high, making the risk higher than I am willing to take at this point.
