Whereas Cleveland has doubled tripled or much more in the last 10 years, even East Cleveland which is where we are trying to buy everything, but there is no inventory, BTW you are not going to get anything near Case Western, that boat has sailed :) We are looking/buying just east of there,

Kind of like a boat, the best swimming pool is one that someone else maintains. :) lolAs far as interests and social media, I'm guessing people who have kids, are into being outside, like swimming, exercise, healthy living, etc.

For example, if I have cash that is separate property and then use it to buy a boat, that boat is still separate property

If the deal comes together as some hope it will float all boats in SE Wisconsin, and if it doesn't you'll be glad you did not depend on it and will profit from the general economic momentum the area is experiencing. 

That boat sailed three years ago. 

This is strongly felt on the west coast with boat loads of money coming in from China, & grossly distorting markets (look at Vancouver for the clearest example).driven by people willing to pay a much larger percentage of their income to housing.If the value of my house goes up by 2x during the same time my salary increased by only 6-8%, I'm going to think something very abnormal is happening.
