Personally, I think it would be awesome to have a bunch of BP folks on a contact list, and if they sign on when you're not busy, just see if they want to talk shop. 

Atlanta is a bit over-shopped, but there are great deals in Athens.

Additionally several of the municipalities offer quaint down towns that offer shops, restaurants and night life.  

Some such as tile, tree removal, and plumbing will be contracted.The new bank I am working with is a community bank and they explained the interest only loan as a "construction like loan" if after 6 months, I wont be able to use the FHA loan I will shop around for better rates.I have been here for 10 years I am  more than "eligible" for orders.

I have had American Homeshield the past year (my first year as a landlord) and have been fairly satisfied with them except I think they are a little expensive ($41 per month and a $125 copay each time they send someone out).
