I still need to decide on the shower stall (if anyone has had luck with any certain kinds I am all ears) other wise everything has been decided just some things still need to be paid for.Had to increase my electrical costs as we needed to add 2 circuits to the kitchen to bring it up to code with adding the dishwasher and bringing it into the 21st century.Gutted kitchen with its new windowThis will be the layout of the cabinets once installedhttps://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bw4tlga09RSJek1DQ...I had a meeting with an arborist on Friday for the massive pine tree in the back yard, unfortunately this tree will need to be removed as it is infected with bore beetles and posses not only a threat to my house but the house next door as well so it will be getting removed this next week weather permitting.

Suggesting you begin or continue your RE like most others do, set your RE business up to feed itself rather than shifting assets into that business.As to borrowing from life insurance, short term at 8% can get you one the way, consider flipping until you end up with a rental you want.The other alternative is biting the bullet tax wise from your accounts, that means your required after tax yield will need to be even greater to make up for that cost of money, a rate you may not make.I'd suggest too that you begin saving in other vehicles that don't restrict your funds.

I blew it into the attic myself and never had the slightest itch.For comparison dust-wise, I was up the attic of a 4-plex shifting the old cellulose around to try to get even coverage.
