Absolutely not, look up "quiet enjoyment" which is the right you give to a tenant, they can tell you when you can or can't do something, won't be long before they get feed up and kick you out or they pack up, leave and hit you up for costs and damages.

If you know the Seller has entered into another contract to replace the current Buyer's they may want to look into putting a lien by way of the contract on the property to cloud title to dirty the water a little bit so the Specific Action can takes it course.

Thank you Dion, these waters are rather untested to date, the insight I provided is from experience, there are many "life events" that can come into play after a note is made, not just can, but do.The best thing to do is to avoid issues popping up in the future.Don't misunderstand, the lender and the borrower ultimately must agree to the terms.

I cant reach the contractor i did the rehab with...The scope of work consists of various electrical works such as correct GCFI for refrigerator, some leaks to be repaired in dishwasher drain and bath sinks. install a proper flex gas line for water heater. relocate ground wire in breaker box and some minor stucco damage repairs.I was wondering if anyone here knew what was the most cost effective way of going about this request for repairs while the property is under the corporation's nameI want to be a straight shooter and do things the right way.Thanks!
