Unfortunately sometimes unwanted renters slip through the cracks even after a thorough proper background check.

Well, as much as I wish I could say I'm planning on purchasing the property, it unfortunately isn't in my financial cards at this time (Debt to Income isn't quite good enough, and credit score could use some work as well), so I will unfortunately have to let this beautiful beast pass me by.

I want to leave the method ( flip, brrrr, buy and hold, ect...) open to the specific property and circumstances.

As the title and description suggest, I feel like I have found myself in the perfect storm of circumstances that have made it impossible to find a lending solution for a single family rental property I am interested in.

Unfortunately, I took this employer to the Labor Board, a state agency, and they ruled in favor of the employer because the employer lied and said that I was given an employee handbook when I started where it stated their practice of ripping off employees, eerrr, I mean of not paying deals when someone leaves the company. 

Unfortunately, I do not have enough time to sell one of my properties in order to use capital gains for the purchase.
