where do you find property managers for a mobile home park?

I explain that an eviction on their record will make it challenging to find a rental in San Diego.  

I looked in the forum and there were some old posts about contractor referrals but most of them were 5+ years old and I wasn't able to find half of the names mentioned by googling. 

I forget the address, but I would love to find something like that again.

It's a very common mistake where an investor sold and bought properties and then when it's tax time they find out they didn't do the right process to actually qualify as a 1031 exchange.  

Driving for dollars and attending local real estate meetups can help you find motivated sellers and build relationships.

They might be a great resource to find a tenant. other ideas: apartments.com, zillow, avail.co, local newspapers, tell everyone you talk to in person that you're renting rooms.

Both of these groups tend to want more business and so are not terribly hard to find.Contractors are hyper local, and typically, as a flipper, once I find some good ones, I don't share them with others because I don't want them to be too busy for my projects.  

You need to find an attorney to draft the condo docs, but of course you have to check zoning requirements to make sure the cpr as you envision is even possible.

Been trying multiple sites or softwares like dealio, crexi, zillow  in finding the best deals.
