i travel quite often for work, and due to the nature of my work i don't have to be in any specific part of town.

Been discussed on BP MANY MANY times...do a search.....There can be instances where this plan makes sense.....client travels a lot or has a big influx of $$ etc..... but most of the time its a HUGE red flag.....at least to me.

How far will you travel. 

Travel isn't too bad, at worst you're looking at something like a 500 dollar flight same day.... with proper planning and little bit of luck you can get it down to half that, often.

I was in a phase where I just wanted to travel, have new experiences, and frankly, discover my passion.

Not just, "I want to have more free time and travel more."

Means of doing so without the need to travel out of state?

This property just seemed to have a lot of upside, about 2000 sf, on 2.3 acres, next to a popular public golf course and on a well traveled st.

Right now I travel 100 miles each way to work and work well over 40 hours per week on average.

The reason I'm investing in the first place is to be able to move away from the Employee quadrant and more into the Investor quadrant (so that I can work far less at the J-O-B, if at all, and have the freedom to spend more time with family/friends, travel, and generally do the things in life I really want to do).
