I've been amazed at not only the massive amount of resources available, but also the number of experienced investors who share their experiences and opinions.My full time job is a Project Manager for a commercial construction company, but over the past 5 years I've purchased 6 single family rental houses (5 in Centerville, 1 in Beavercreek). 

This has been the case with every project in which he has bid for us.

But it takes much longer to start with a small project and end up with a bigger one if you go down the slippy slope route.

In an ideal world these investors would be competing against one another for your project.

I’m getting into some BRRRR projects in the HR area while living in Chesapeake.  

Is there general advice right now to get money onto a fixed rate asap, or is there projections for continued low rates?

I'm a big proponent of using sites like homeadvisor, thumbtack, porch, etc to find contractors, but for the life of me I can't seem to find a decent contractor to do drywall finishing or stucco a project that we're completing. 

Its like asking the owner to fund your new project.
