I do STR to refinery contractors (welders, pipefitters, boilermakers, electricians, etc) working short term jobs at a local refinery.  22 houses with 82 beds.Find out who is staying at local hotels/motels on a weekly basis. 

When you stay in a hotel it is more by the day than the week or month.She was asked to leave and the rent was going up 150.00 monthly anyway.Any advise even partial would be appreciated.

Some of the facebook groups I monitor for STR information seem to indicate that the hotel lobby is pushing for stringent regulations to be implemented. 

I believe the market is primarily dominated by the large hotel development firms such as Marriott, Hilton, and Holiday Inn.

It is bookended with I-95 and turnpike exits.It needs everything including gas stations, restaurants, hotels, and apartments.

There are hotels everywhere.

VR's are much more work than a standard rental, they are mini-hotels when you think about it and like any hotel you have operational headaches that are going to go along with it that don't apply to standard rentals. 

Im getting started in real estate investing/ flipping I am currently a pipeline welder looking into a new field/ lifestyle I’m 23 years old and have 30 thousand in savings with no home mortgage and no debt as I work on the road and my company pays for my hotels or extended stays I have 2 different home bases one in Chicago another in Cincinnati.

(For example putting them up in a hotel for a night or two until the place was sealed)so for example in Nebraska, a bat would be tested by the University and if it positive you would get the vaccine but if not, then it's over.http://dhhs.ne.gov/publichealth/Documents/Nebr_Rab...so I'd envision animal control call -> testing -> resolution would have been a path, but they shunted all that.

My focus is to work with investors so I could be comfortable with the lingo and get the hands on experience while building my resources to buy more properties - 4 green house - 1 red hotel, repeat etc.
