Hi John,1) It ultimately depends upon your goals, but if you want to acquire a number of properties this is a much slower approach. 

Strip center is 7,200 sqft office/ medical/ retail.

But, if your goal is to do it in 8-10 years, you probably have time to take it a little slower, and I'm wondering if you might hit that goal anyways just by sitting on your three rentals.

The damage was not enough to file with my insurance and the tenant did not seek medical attention after the event.

This region is home to Research Triangle Park, a national leader in medical and healthcare research, and currently attracts about 80 new residents a day for its strong job growth and high quality of life.

It should rent for $550 and hopefully with the new medical jobs coming in I'll be able to attract a great tenant.

They have said they would provide medical/ police documentation, but have not yet.  

Request the name and address of their local medical professional that is treating them for the condition that requires the emotional support animal.

But perhaps that doesn’t happen and appreciation continues (but most likely at much slower, sustainable rate). 

This works well for service related businesses that rely heavily on foot traffic, such as medical professions.
