I think that is because most of these courses and books are modeled after the real estate (real property) guru genre and while indirectly related you simply have to know and understand much more to be good with notes.

Allow various real estate related trades to submit a flyer advertising their wares in exchange for some dollars toward costs.

Most of the novelty candies (like Spongebob candy or anything related to a cartoon) come from China and should not be eaten under any circumstances.
