IN GA, I paid $450 for all. ( State fee, EIN and Operating Agreement) this is my first LLC So went with lawyer  to get all my questions answered  face to face.Even you can do you your self, by spending some time googling. 

I would like to think I'm a self starter but it can't hurt to have a good training program for my first year at least.

I would like to transfer this to a self directed IRA to use for the downpayment on another rental house.  

Some of us regular self-employed or unemployed and whoever wants to beat the rush hour normally show up at 4pm.

Also if you are going to self manage after that look at how much you will be saving on their fee as well.
