There are some sites that do not give you a credit score, some that don't give you evictions.

Or, which company do most HARD MONEY lenders use to evaluate credit score.....

My issue is on paper by myself I don't make a enough money (25,000) to qualify for any loan or line of credit.Currently I own three homes outright and have a good credit score with no debt.

I have a 780 credit score and just got a quote on a refinance of a $400K loan at 67% LTV.

I have 750+ credit score, I have strong and stable W2 income, I am the best credit banks are fighting for, yet this lender is giving me challenges every turn of the process and i am so frustrated with them now.Thinking about not close on the loan, i don't need cash now anyway.
