Hey Teri,I also took my course for my Florida license via Real Estate Express and if you follow the course and review what they say will be on the exam (we have a sheet for the Florida exam which talked about the most common topics on the exam based on % of questions) you will do just fine :)Good Luck and all the best for your new career

We use a 17-page lease appropriate for the state we lease in and it has been reviewed by a lawyer and then on top of that we add an addendum for pets, an addendum for moving out procedures, etc.

I rented so I could buy real estate in other markets...but that's a story for another post) After I moved out I got a portion of my security deposit back but was told that, after reviewing my account, I didn't pay rent during some month "years ago" however they have not told me which month/year.
