Presently this is the case, but it is appearing like FHA financing on condos is in the process of being reformed to be more lenient on its restrictions: http://www.utsandiego.com/news/2012/may/20/tp-fha-may-ease-regulations-for-mortgages-on/I think this latter point is the biggest reason for optimism in the condo market.

So i think i be better of loosing my deposit and not getting a car payment attached to this condo i cant use.You should probably create a new post on this, but in most states if you are not satisfied with the HOA or Property Management Rules and Regulations or Fiscal stability you have the legal right to void the purchase agreement and retain your earnest money.
