Would you be planning on living in the Beach house, or will it purely be an investment property?

I think the biggest hurdle is the pure lack in quantity of multifamily homes in the area but downtown and the beaches have tons of opportunity for homes to be rehabbed.

Just do a remote door bell-the part by the door is battery operated and inside, there is a unit that plugs into an electrical outlet.

The same goes for a city or a country.If you love Jaco and Dominical and want to have a house there that you can use for yourself part of the time and rent short-term the rest of the time, that's absolutely doable.If you look at it at a pure investment, your investment returns won't be all that great.

I have a baby coming up in January and I am getting pure anxiety from owning this thing since I think I may have made a mistake, knowing this was a lot riskier, but calculated risk.
