The labor cost something, but it's not prohibiting...I can't imagine someone not spending an extra $5000 to have their house ready to stream 4K or better, or connect their sound system, or become a content creator or any of the host of application where having existing Ethernet just make sense...I am suggesting it should be as normal as an electricial outlet.

@Kevin Carraway, I would suggest looking into establishing a serial LLC as the cost to set up and maintain multiple LLC's can become prohibitively expensive.
