In the process of selling investment property in CT.

I am in the process of finding a hard money lender now.

What we do different from anyone else we've been able to find, is actually provide complete transparency into the process from the purchase of the deal, the entire rehab including costs, renting out the property, and the refinance process (most of our deals are BRRRRS).

it was obviously worth it to get the reduction, but it was an extremely frustrating process. 

There are also folks here who can help guide you through the process (ex. estimating the scope of work, working with contractors, distribution of funds for the project, etc) which is very important when completing your first couple of projects (in my humble opinion).

If the sister is a beneficiary and now the executrix, it could potentially make the process easier but I'd need more info to be of any additional help.

Is this process possible?

I am looking for a land to purchase and go thru the process of building townhomes/SFH  .
