I think it would be hard for a seller to say that someone licensed by the state of Arizona to buy and sell real estate is out to scam them and take their house.With this in mind wholesaling starts to sound like an unnecessary uphill battle.

Broad will do it through an online bank United but they charge $15 month for the wire feature and $12 month if bal goes below $1500..I am just trying to avoid unnecessary fees that will eat away at what I have.
