@Romane DaleyYou can't borrow from an IRA; the only way to access IRA funds for personal needs is to take a distribution, which would be taxable, and penalties on top for premature distributions. 

Everyone says Yardi has a slight learning curve, but I personally think it is a bit user-friendly.

I am considering as a first time buyer to utilize the BRRRR method on my personal home, while also using a 203K loan to finance and rehab the property.

I'm not personally associated but know the folks and highly recommend them.

Me personally, I'm hanging on to this and refinancing when the rates come down at some point. 

RE  Mortgage banker etc.2. criminal and credit back ground checks with redacted personal info IE SSI. but you want them to know your not an ex felon or did not pay your child support etc.3.

I also love it here.It will cost $100,000 and we will finance half with a personal loan @ 7% for 3 years.So im putting 50,000 in cash and I expect to earn about $2,000/month.

Also, any tips on how to expedite the process would be much appreciated (i.e. getting signatures for notification from neighbors in person vs. sending certified mail, etc)Thanks in advance!
