I had the same apprehension about section 8 that many people might have but my experience has been the opposite of any negative stereotypes. 

I work 80 a week in real estate which far exceeds most people and you want to claim that you work in real estate 16-24 hr a day???

Just know that like any online forum, there are many people that will question and challenge you.

I was considering going into real estate investing because I would like to cut out the middle man ( the broker that is) lol and have some diversity with my license, not just helping people buy and sell houses.

I’m a builder and investor, I tell a lot of people the best way to invest into real estate at this time is to build it.

You're leveraging the ability to find/screen/properly manage people and properties.
