I have not used it but did some serious research when I first started hearing about PACE and HERO loans.Here are my takaways:Both end up being special assessments on the property taxes. 

We were actually just featured by the Charlotte Agenda in an article and on StartCharlotte.Reaching out to you to see if you would be interested in renting your space out to us and allowing us to in return list the property on Airbnb & other short-term rental sites.

If I had an agenda, I'd probably do a little more.Hope that helps!

There is no way it can reasonably continue at this pace, but we will enjoy it while it lasts!

I am not currently pursuing this, but it is on my agenda for the near future as I think it is a great line of business in the single-family domain.

I let them look through the house at their own pace, I don't hover over them or rush them.I've had a number of people seem sincerely interested in the house, but then they disappear.

Here is the book to read outlines how to do it " how to own your home years sooner without making any extra payments" I was on pace to pay off my 30 year note of 240k in 9 years as a Medic, until I realized this is a horrible Idea. 

Hi @Andrea Alexander,I can't speak for Texas but in NY you have to take a 75 hour course (You can do it online at your own pace) for a couple hundred dollars.

Some people may find this slow but it’s pretty fast paced for me compared to bringing home a 40 hour check.
