Looking for advice on how to navigate this unexpected scenario.My wife and I own 2 duplexs we acquired with owner occupied financing and house hacked/fixed up.

Most investors don't use 20 page REALTOR form contracts intended to cover every situation so with disputes there may be gray areas to navigate.

Landlords and homeowners need to adapt and continue to navigate the market and the cities (states) while the cities (states) put more regulations out. 

Need some help navigating this idea.
