I can't see why I hear people complaining about the property taxes in TX while the insurance is more than my property taxes in a "non-luxury house" in NJ, in the suburbs/rural area.

@Dennis M.Understandable, and I agree that in general, a lower price point is the norm in the rental business (especially in Erie) and with the renter demographic in general; excluding luxury and short-term renters. 

I think most of us would agree when he advises against the too-common problem in America of borrowing money for things you don't really need, like a luxury car,  new furniture, vacations, etc. and getting yourself into debt.

I had my handyman and his assistant guy do it (they charge by the hour which I prefer) and it came out way cheaper and they did a great job (it was luxury vinyl - Armstrong Vivero Better Integralock) (the instillation seriously came out to around $1 SQFT.). 

I know @Amanda Ferguson at Turnkey is a popular choice in the area, and Chris Harper at Destin Dreamers is another solid choice in the luxury market.  

Neither ATMs nor Kiosks pay taxes nor do they contribute to the economy by buying other economy-supporting chit like food, water, electricity, cars, gas, clothes or luxuries.1ct returns to bank shareholders is not worth closing down branches, imo.

That's when our gated, luxury community with folks that may be somewhat self-important noticed the activity of large groups of bikes coming and going during their training morning and evening.

Earn interest on the unused portion while the tenant is in place.Now if they came along with the years rent in cash and had absolutely nothing verifiable on paper it would be a different story.In luxury rentals or competitive metro markets this isn't unusual and in some situations a leverage tactic.good luck!

You can essentially barter 4-5 hrs per day of labor or skills (during the weekday) helping micro/eco hotel/lodge owners to build/design their businesses in really exotic locales in exchange for room and board (and typically the use of other amenities like boats, shuttles, etc.)
