Hey @Eric Crump I've only used the DealMachine app for two properties I found while driving into my day job.

Need to take them to court to gain possession and recuperate funds invested into the transaction thus far.Please let me know who you suggest!

One other suggestion would be to create an S-Corp as the holding entity for the LLCs.

I pay them by the job after the job is completed and their work has been good so far.

After taking a new job, I find myself home far less and needed to simplify.
