Hello,I will first give you back story then the questions.I have recently started to dabble into real estate.

They would of skewed that story to prove a point, if you know a realtor or mortgage broker/appraiser you can access the raw data, use the raw data to calculate your own appreciation rates.

the guarranteed income is nice, but a poor credit score due to late payments tells the bank that it doesn't matter how much money she makes, she isn't going to give it to you ( the bank) anyway. if her credit score is bad because of misinformation on her credit report, thats a different story. i can educate her on how to clear that up. we need more of the story here. 

I have been doing a lot of reading, but I'm mainly looking for an avenue to ask questions, learn from others experience, and read success stories.  

As my story may relate to most, I have quickly grown sick of the dead end 9 to 5.

But economic and demographics are only one piece of the story.
