Learn together when you can or leave some links when you find something good so that it is a shared activity.There are so many posts about the metrics of a deal, or the qualities of the asset, but those won't matter if you put your relationship in the middle of your investing trajectory.

Just be mindful to communicate what your thinking to the seller long before you show up with either one.

So fair he's been very good however if I'm being honest he only recently started and has only finished demolition as we were still waiting for the current tenants to move out.

You just have to get the old tenants on board....and massage the message, so you don't lose your good tenants.
