San Diego is definitely a fantastic place to invest.

You'll find that if you follow the rules - you'll be on top. 

Usually you get an open-topped dumpster and put it in the driveway or maybe along the street. 

There were a few top markets/cities that I found.

@Federico Morales Another idea is to sell the property for top dollars and get that capital to work for you in another state where that capital will go a really long way. 

There is still a list of credit unions and banks I can call, but was wondering if someone could give me a few more options to move to the top of the list.

Flood zones and insurance costs are always top of my list when looking at properties in Florida.
