And that he needs to set up a Property Management Team (electrician, plumber, handyman, carpenter, landscaper, drain service, accountant, attorney, etc.) to run his new Investment Property business  He thought he was so much smarter than me (I have 30+ years as a Landlord) and was so proud that he had already signed up two of his properties with AHS and was in the process of signing up a third property.

@Jonathan Ghione S8 tenants are getting more and more "spoiled" in our area - Metro Detroit.Too many newbies and Turnkey companies are waiving application fees and security deposits, also giving them recently rehabbed, really nice homes.Then they trash them.Have you stopped and thought about WHY someone qualifies for a S8 voucher?

One final thought, as I assume you are a first time investor, looking to invest out of area in “a risky high cash flow deal” sets the stage for you to be ripped off by a fast talker.

My first thought is - I doubt the city will allow a ladder/hatch combo. 

But I’m SoCal based and have thought about investing in Temecula.

Have engaged with two different agents on property24 on what could be very promising deals (according to the numbers) but the agents are just not as responsive.
