We listed the house for $189,900 and had showings every few hours... 5 days after we listed it, we had an offer which we've accepted and are currently in our due diligence period.Front of the house -Living room -Detail of some granite work in the main bathroom -Detail of a light fixture -The main bathroom -Master bath vanity -Master shower detail shot -View of the master bath from the master closet (Laundry on the right)Master bedroom (Yes, king sized bed in the staging) -Back yard -Kitchen and dining area -Dining area -Th-th-that's all folks!

And you have someone selling properties... listing properties, staging, doing open houses, filling vacancies in your rentals, etc etc.To me, that sounds like a 2 person team (decide if you're better at managing or finding and find your compliment) and a realtor partner to handle the sales side.

A class I took years ago for special education talked about four stages of learning: 1. unconsciously incompetent - don't know that you don't know 2. consciously incompetent - now you know that you don't know it 3. consciously competent- can do it, and can explain it 4. unconsciously competent- been doing it right for so long, cannot fathom doing it wrongMost learning occurs in stage two, the best teachers are in stage three.
