vs just calling and leaving some kind of stressed out voicemail.If you hire a gunslinger to do your shooting for you, he/she's going to charge for bullets as well as the time spent buying the bullets (as he/she works in your best interest).Not saying some will not try to railroad your money, or even just disappear with it--but as other local PM's have said the lead test is a required thing in the area (even thought that lead doesn't seem to be as dangerous as the gunslinger lead being fired nightly in some neighborhoods--which get very little scorn compared to "old paint and pipes").

@Jeremy Martin the Sec 121 exemption you're referring to actually requires that you meet two tests: the use test and the ownership test.
