Anyways, as you can see, there are so many little details and nuance that to make a blanket answer that airbnb arbitrage is good or bad doesn't do the OP any justice as it all depends on the specific deal's details.Oh and to those who say that STR are a lot of work, at least in my experience, buying either a single family house, condo or apartment that isn't more than a million dollars will have a lot of difficulty attracting a GREAT property manager.
