A lot of 3 bed 2-3 baths for sell.

If you are going for an upscale/luxury feeling for large families (multiple parents), expect to spend a lot more $30-$50k depending on sqft, outdoor space, hut tub/pool, & bedrooms (3x king beds).

Know what you are willing to "let go" of and I say that because one of my owners ended up selling because she really had a hard time letting go of the fact that guests/strangers were sleeping/having sex in the beds.

First, does yoir lease have anything in it about emergency or death access by a designated person?

Loans of 200k to 500k or even under 1 million won't get most commercial lenders out of bed in the morning.It's a headache to them with little to no money being made and the deal is harder because the borrower lacks experience usually at this small level.
