Tim, over the last couple of years while watching a tv advertisement from drug free america, about a guy at the doctors office coughing, the nurse ask do you smoke, answer no, do you drink, answer no, do you do drugs, answer no.

My tenants daughter and him both sit out in the car and smoke what feels like all day.

@Jesse SmithI am not sure what the cost would be... for a small 700 sq/ft 2/1 I would think $2k ish (big shot in the dark).

Also, I noticed today they are smoking in the unit.

.- We bought extra's of items we know go missing, like steak knives, towels, and other kitchen items our cleaner knows where they are stored- We bought smoke detectors that don't need batteries, again one less thing.- We had leaks on 2 of our 3 faucets, we had a plumber try to tell us they had an O ring and could fix one of them.

They also lit a fire in the kitchen sink, so there is quite a bit of smoke/fire damage in there.

Modern Gray looks really nice against medium or dark wood trim, cabinetry and flooring.

It is a half duplex and I love the location butttttt my neighbors play loud music, have many people coming in and out of the place and most days are hanging outside drinking beer or smoking.
