Obvious advice, but the more you study the better of you'll be - can't cut any corners.This site helped me out quite a bit - it's free and some of the questions seemed really similar to the ones on the actual exam: http://realestatepreparation.com/...other than that i just bought all the books i could find on amazon.

Would be nearly impossible to coordinate the sale of our property with the purchase of 5 different properties and not have any fall through and close on everything within 6 months.Ok coolFair enough.I believe the identifying cut off is 6 weeks.Thanks

They always say "Measure twice, cut once" ...so you catch a problem before it catches you.You could always just figure what price would make it work for you and then run it by the bank.

Many states require a certified bio-hazard team to come and clean up if it was a suicide with bodily fluids involved,(blood from gun shot, cutting etc.) though if it was a hanging or OD a bio-hazard team is generally not required.
