I would file an affidavit of memorandum to cloud the title. this will stop them from selling to another party. 

We used tenant cloud and it worked OK.

I'm told the "innocent" third party makes it unlikely a judge will vacate the sale and order seller to sell to me.I previously clouded title with a memorandum when she balked and before the sale.

Do you become a host early on and have to blackout dates before it’s ready, or do you wait until it is ready to go live?

If you want an easy way to step up your thoroughness, save the spreadsheet in either a) a cloud service that offers unlimited versioning, or b) save a locked version of the spreadsheet at the end of every month to “version it yourself.”

Ultimately, I want to make the best money moves WITHOUT emotions clouding my decisions. 

I'm thinking about getting a cheap hosting service that i can just build a simple site on, or should I consider paying for one from LeadPropeller or similar sites?
