These attract solid working class people and, at this price, they don't have pay an arm and leg to afford a roof over the head.  

I would do a little leg work and check with your bank or  shop around and see what type of refi numbers you could get with a different loan structure. 

Investors thinking or believing real estate is a arm chair investment are idiots.

But to find that deal, you may have to do most of the leg work yourself.

So in my mind those who graduate from those institutions really get a leg up on the rest of society.. but like anything not all of those who graduate from those schools go on to have fabulous careers or life.. just look at the lady from Thernos she just got indicted..

A few thoughts:You are going to be in that car hopefully for a TON of miles per year, get something you are comfortable in...IE you don't want to buy the cheapest office chair out there if you are at your desk 8hrs a day.Initial perception is HUGE in sales.

I did some leg work driving for dollars, watching the MLS via Zillow, monitoring Auction.com, and getting educated on BiggerPockets.

I worry they'll try and stop an eviction right now by claiming I'm doing it out of retaliation and say that I'm being negligent, even though while I knew the unit was on its last leg, yesterday was the first I heard about it getting so hot in there since it broke the first time.
