I remember reading somewhere it’s the SMALLER of the voucher bedrooms and the actual unit bedrooms.However, I do see a case of 1 bedroom voucher living in 2 bedrooms units approved for $2100 in East Oakland.Maybe it’s up-to OHA to decide, and there’s not a universal rule for that?
