All of the units are currently rented out and it's right next to a small university.

I remember reading somewhere it’s the SMALLER of the voucher bedrooms and the actual unit bedrooms.However, I do see a case of 1 bedroom voucher living in 2 bedrooms units approved for $2100 in East Oakland.Maybe it’s up-to OHA to decide, and there’s not a universal rule for that?

Honestly haven't paid attention to it closely during covid, but it houses the 2nd largest army base in the US so it will always have that going for it as well as a decent sized university.

While I am heading into my sophomore year at the University of Cincinnati, I am looking ahead into house hacking during my junior year.
