@Tim Richardson if its a shovel ready lot.. with utls taps at lot line.then its just your SDC charges and building permit fee's and they vary generallylowest I have paid is 12k in Yamhill.. and highest I have paid is 46k in Lake Oswegosize of home will make permit fee's higher but the real cost are the SDC chargesSystem Development Charges ... simply walk into the city building department and ask them what you need they will give you the basics can't give you final price until they see your plansgenerally in that area if the lot of level you will not have any environmental or geo issues.

@Steve Vaughan I am thinking I might just buy a nice 30 ft live aboard and float around on Lake Chelan 6 months out of the year running up to Stehekin to camp in the warm months.could think of worse things...
